Refinements:

After right kick and left punch,make sure to move entire body in one fluid movement. While bringing left punch into elbow position (push-pull movement) hips and rest of body should move at the same exact time.

at the same time your left hand grabs attacker’s wrist to secure club

use push-pull action to strike their temple with your right chicken wrist

right side blade kick to attacker’s knee

left reverse hammer striking ribs

right front punch striking groin
